Refund policy
1. All Sales Final: All sales are final due to the perishable nature of our food products.
2. Inspection and Notification: Perishable goods cannot be returned. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your order is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please email us at info@lilyandsparrow.net within 24 hours of receiving your order with details and photos, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
3. Heat Exposure Disclaimer: Lily & Sparrow is not responsible for melting or other damages caused by heat exposure during delivery. Customers shipping to warm locations are advised to select overnight shipping and may need to add extra ice to their order to ensure product integrity during transit.
4. Refunds and Returns Policy: At this time, we do not offer refunds or accept returns on products or shipping charges. Each order is packed with care, but we cannot be held responsible for theft, damages due to animals, weather, delivery delays, heat, neglect, shipping errors, or other unforeseen circumstances.
5. Customer Responsibilities: Once your order is shipped, it is your responsibility to track its progress, inform recipients of expected delivery dates, ensure someone is available for delivery, and manage any necessary rescheduling with USPS or FedEx. We are not liable for orders returned due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
6. Warm Weather Shipping: Customers shipping to states with temperatures exceeding 60°F are advised to choose 2-Day shipping and consider adding extra ice to their order. Lily & Sparrow cannot offer refunds or reshipment for orders that melt during transit in warm weather conditions.
7. Shipping Carrier Claims: If damages are the result of mishandling by FedEx or USPS, we are happy to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. Please contact us via email or through our Contact Us page for assistance.
